By accessing or using Abuja Rent Hub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. About Abuja Rent Hub

Abuja Rent Hub is a digital rental marketplace connecting verified landlords directly with tenants across Nigeria. Our services may include:

• Property listing and discovery
• Tenant inquiries
• Property verification
• Digital payments
• Identity verification
• Rental communication and scheduling

Abuja Rent Hub is not a property owner, guarantor, legal representative, or estate agency unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

To use Abuja Rent Hub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
• Not impersonate another individual or entity

Providing false information may result in suspension, termination, or legal reporting.

4. Account Registration

Users may register as:

• Landlords
• Tenants
• Administrators

Users agree to:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

5. Landlord Responsibilities

Landlords agree that all listings:

• Represent genuine available properties
• Are listed by authorized owners or representatives
• Contain accurate rental information, pricing, and location details

Landlords may be required to submit:

• National Identification Number (NIN)
• Government-issued identification
• Proof of ownership or authorization
• Bank account details
• Additional verification documents

Fraudulent or misleading listings may result in:

• Listing removal
• Permanent suspension
• Legal action

6. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Avoid fraudulent payment claims
• Use landlord details solely for rental purposes
• Conduct independent due diligence where appropriate

Abuja Rent Hub does not guarantee tenancy outcomes or rental agreements.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers including:

• Paystack
• Stripe

Users acknowledge that:

• Payment providers may collect billing and payment information
• Abuja Rent Hub is not liable for third-party processor errors or downtime beyond our control

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Upload fake or misleading listings
• Submit forged or fraudulent documents
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use automated scraping tools or bots
• Upload malware or harmful files
• Attempt to bypass platform security

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All Abuja Rent Hub assets including:

• Logos
• Software
• Databases
• Design elements
• Branding materials

remain the exclusive property of Nova Velox Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Abuja Rent Hub is not liable for:

• Landlord-tenant disputes
• Property condition disputes
• Rental agreement failures
• Fraud outside our verification controls
• Payment disputes caused by third parties

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.

KYC / Verification Policy

All landlords must complete verification before publishing property listings.

Required documentation may include:

• NIN
• Government-issued ID
• Proof of ownership
• Bank account details
• Utility bill or address verification

Abuja Rent Hub reserves the right to:

• Reject verification submissions
• Request additional documentation
• Conduct periodic re-verification

Verification approval remains at the sole discretion of Abuja Rent Hub.
